The human body continually adapts, responds and acclimates to the world around it. As such, introducing a new balance of microbes to the body also requires slight adaptation.
Suggested Use — To begin, take one capsule every other day, and gradually increase to 1 capsule, 1-2x daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Best taken with food.
An immediate response is normal and a sign that the synbiotic is reconditioning the intestinal terrain of your GI tract as intended. Any discomfort should subside within 3-5 days.
