Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Email us with clear photos within 72 hours of your package's arrival. Do not throw anything out until we remedy the situation.

Return Policy

All sales become final once the products are shipped. Returns or exchanges are not accepted. Many products do not come with sanitary seals making it unsafe to resell them.

Exceptions to this policy include incorrect items shipped and defective products. In such cases, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

If your items are damaged, a claim must be filed with the entity it was shipped through. Insurance is included in each order shipped. Shipping charge is not refunded. 

Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund less a $5 fee to cover payment processing and administrative costs.
