Description: A tallow and beeswax lip balm made without essential oils. This animal based lip balm is made up of 100% grass fed and finished TALLOW along with hydrating, local BEESWAX. We’ve added VITAMIN E OIL (Mixed Tocopherols from Non-GMO Soy sources) and GOLDEN JOJOBA OIL to create a formula with maximum hydration and protection. Organic, fair trade COFFEE, NUTMEG, CLOVES, and CINNAMON CHIPS make up this delicious profile which smells exactly like a dirty chai latté. To bring the desert of Arizona to this cult favorite, we’ve added MESQUITE TREE RESIN and YERBA SANTA for additional healing benefits.

Ingredients Benefits: 

TALLOW - Pesticide Free, Chemical Free, and Hormone Free. Grass fed and finished, free range, Arizona cattle. High in vitamins A, D, K, E & B12. It is non comedogenic which means it won't clog your pores! It heals and prevents dryness at a cellular level. It is one of the most dense skin plumping emollients known. Tallow is antimicrobial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory. It contains conjugated linolenic acid (CLA) which means it can heal multiple skin conditions!

ORGANIC FAIR TRADE COFFEE - The caffeine and chlorogenic acids in coffee reduce inflammation and protect against UV damage. Coffee boosts blood circulation and can aid in the appearance of cellulite. It can also help brighten and reduce discoloration in the skin. 

GOLDEN JOJOBA OIL - Made from the seed of the Jojoba plant, which is native to Arizona and California, Native Americans have been using this oil for generations. Its many benefits include: deep hydration and long lasting moisture, gentle and hypoallergenic. Jojoba oil is also noncomedogenic and easy rather than greasy. The makeup of jojoba is very similar to human skin oils; by applying jojoba oil you can trick the skin into thinking it has produced enough oil. This will balance oil production without causing acne or other skin issues. This oil is full of nutrients like Vitamin E and B, as well as antioxidants and minerals like chromium, copper, and zinc.

MESQUITE TREE RESIN- Mesquite resin was used by native Arizonans for a plethora of things, but we chose it for our lip balm formula because it was used to sooth chapped, sore, and sunburned lips. It also has antiseptic properties which is beneficial for wounds. 

ORGANIC YERBA SANTA LEAF- This herb also had many uses by Native Americans, mostly internally. However, salves and poultices were used to sooth bruises and wounds. The name means "Holy or Sacred Herb".

REFINED BEESWAX - This is a protective layer on the skin. It is humectant, attracting water to the skin and helping you stay moisturized. Beeswax is a natural exfoliator and helps remove dead skin cells. It will not clog your pores! It is antiseptic and contains antioxidants along with vitamin A which helps speed healing, prevent breakouts & support the skin's immune system. 

VITAMIN E OIL - (Mixed Tocopherols from Non-GMO Soy sources) This oil is full of antioxidant properties which help reduce oxidative stress. Vitamin E is known for its subtle plumping properties, its ability to protect from sun damage, soothe irritation, and moisturize. 

CINNAMON CHIPS, NUTMEG, CLOVES - While all these herbs and spices have their own benefits, we mainly use these just to create a delicious scent profile.
