Rest + Digest Trio Glycerite

Herbal glycerites are effective alcohol-free extracts of herbs. This glycerite is made with 3 sacred herbs- lemon balm, catnip, and chamomile - all harvested from local farms/organic gardens.

Lemon balm soothes nervousness as it presents in the gut. Catnip relieves gas and eases tension, while Chamomile promotes relaxation and reduces bloating and indigestion.

Chamomile is a powerful ally. It is calming and settling to the spirit and belly, yet gentle and safe for the littlest ones. As a nervine compound (nerve relaxant), chamomile helps to relax the nervous system, and is an ally for calming restlessness, upsets and grumps, and for sending off to sleep. They're also an ally for digestion as an aromatic bitter, which stimulates the flow of bile and primes us to digest. Their volatile oils, the aromatic parts of the plant, warm and stimulate the GI tract, while helping to dispel bubbles and digestive discomfort, like colic.

As an alcohol free remedy, this is safe to give any child who is eating solids, and you could even give it to a newborn in drop doses.
