How to Use: Brush and floss teeth. Shake bottle lightly and dispense 15 ml (0.5 oz.). Actively swish between teeth and along gum lines for 30 seconds and spit. For best results, do not rinse with water. Wait 5 minutes before eating or drinking. Repeat twice daily, morning and night.

Water-Flossing: Clean reservoir prior to use. Fill device with solution for one-time use, then floss along gum lines prior to brushing teeth. Repeat daily. Flush reservoir with water and store empty between uses.

Many also use it in a nebulizer!! Great for early illness and lung support.

When applicable and possible, we look for products that are wild harvested, organic, glyphosate tested, heavy metal tested, essential oil free, low pufa, pasture raised and 100% grass fed and finished. Simply pure with as few ingredients as possible.
