It works wonderfully as a "base" blend for any tea allowing you to customize the flavor while retaining all of the incredible nourishing qualities of these earthy herbs. 

This blend is not the “traditional” even ratio of herbs, which we feel gives it a more balanced flavor profile while also creating a less drying blend with a better balance between moistening and drying herbal constituents.

*Some choose to abstain from Red Raspberry Leaf during the first trimester. Please do what you think is best for your body and consult a healthcare provider.

INGREDIENTS

Certified Organic, Regenerative Organic Certified or Ethically Wildcrafted

  • Nettle (Urtica dioica)
  • Oat Tops (Avena sativa)
  • Oatstraw (Avena sativa)
  • Red Raspberry Leaf (Rubus idaeus)
  • Alfalfa Leaf (Medicago sativa)

SIZING

  • 2 oz

HOW TO ENJOY

  • Short Method: 1-2 tsp of tea per 8 oz of boiling water. Steep for
    10-15 minutes. Strain and drink.
  • Hot Infusion: 1-2 tbsp of tea per 8 oz of boiling water. Steep
    for 4-8 hours or overnight. Strain and drink. Store in the
    refrigerator and drink within 48 hours.
  • Cold Infusion: 1-2 tbsp of tea per 8 oz of water. Steep for 8-12
    hours or overnight. Strain and drink. Store in the refrigerator
    and drink within 48 hours.

STORAGE & BEST BY DATE

  • Best stored in a cool, dry place.
  • Best used by the best by date on the bag.
  • Keep tightly closed to preserve product integrity.
  • Ideally used within 3-6 months of opening for the freshest tea.

All of the herbs are sourced from small U.S. farms who go above and beyond to create potent herbs and restore soil health. This tea comes in a 100% compostable bag and is hand filled.
