Description: Mullein is your friend for all things respiratory support. Mullein has been known to help with coughs and colds and can be an incredible help during winter months when congestion and respiratory issues seems to abound.

Containing saponins that work to loosen mucus and allow the body to cough up congestion, it tends to gravitate towards the upper respiratory tract and can alleviate bronchitis and coughs that seem to linger. Its leaves are fuzzy and soft, but it packs a powerful punch when tackling lung issues. It is both moistening and cooling, soothing inflammation of the trachea and larynx. The addition of raw honey can soothe sore throats and provide medicinal benefits.

It is a diuretic, helping to cleanse the body through urination. Mullein can also be reached for when you have acute inflammation such as back pain or musculoskeletal injuries, as it is a mild relaxant.

Mullein is your friend for cleansing, for moving things up and out of the body. It can be used by all ages, babies and up, and by breastfeeding mamas.

Some mothers prefer to not give honey before the age of 1. I encourage you to do your research and go with what you are comfortable with!

Works quickly

I am new to the world of tinctures and I was skeptical. This actually works very quickly to clear mucus from my body. As soon as I take it I start to cough and can feel the mucus moving. I was grossed out at first lol but then I realized my body was doing what she was supposed to.
