Milky oats are one of my favorite nervines. Nervines nourish, fortify, and restore the nervous system. Milky Oats grow from the same plant as oatmeal!

When taken daily, milky oats help us to feel resilient and calm through bringing our nervous systems’ into optimum function. High quality

High quality milky oats for those that do not have access to make their own. The color is still that milky green color which goes to show that PHW makes and batches hers fresh.
