Love the Magnesium spay. It relaxing and healing to my joints
I hurt my knee a few days ago and it was painful, swollen, and making a popping noise every time I walked up or down stairs. I thought rest would help but it really wasn't getting better. Last night I sprayed this Magnesium Oil liberally on my knee and let it dry before going to bed. When I woke up this morning there was no swelling and 95% of the pain is gone. I'm literally in awe!! Can't wait to try it on sore muscles post-workout and also on my feet before bed as a sleep aid.
