Castor oil, when heated, penetrates through the skin and muscles, affects the underlying tissues, and encourages the breakdown of inflammatory material through enhancing both blood circulation and lymphatic flow.

Castor oil packs are often applied on the right hand side of the abdomen above the liver, over the whole abdomen or the lower abdomen in the case of reproductive challenges, cramping, or pelvic congestion, and over areas of pain, inflammation, or sore muscles.
TO USE: Self massage and or partner massage! Apply generously to breast and nipples in a circular motion to stimulate lymphatic movement, bring heat to the area, move that stagnancy, and love thy breasts.
