It prefers the digestive tract and may support healthy digestion, ease all forms of nausea and motion sickness, support gassy colic, and provide support during menstruation by promoting a healthy flow and offering relief for cramps. It may help warm the body from its core and support healthy circulation which may also help the brain work through ‘stuck’ thought patterns. Ginger may also ease joint discomfort, promote respiratory wellness, and help maintain a balanced inflammatory response. Ginger is know to be warming and drying and offers warmth to the womb, stomach, extremities, mind, and body overall.

DOSAGE: You can try taking 2-3 droppers full, 2x a day as needed.
