Helps you to fall asleep faster

Between my husband snoring and my 2 cats jumping on and off the bed all night, I have a lot of trouble falling asleep/staying asleep. I've definitely seen an improvement in my ability to quickly fall asleep since I started taking these Magnesium capsules. The other things that's really helped is used Blue Light glasses when I'm winding down at night and am reading on my phone. The glasses + the Magnesium has been amazing. I do something have memorable dreams when taking the Magnesium but it's nothing too weird :)
