Comfortable enough to sleep in, Wilde Body's machine washable, reusable castor oil pack is used to detoxify the liver, relax the digestive system, and reduce bloating while improving constipation. They can also reduce gallbladder inflammation/stones, improve lymphatic drainage, and reduce gut inflammation. Another benefit of castor oil packs is they can reduce headaches and migraines, and can also be used to reduce thyroid cysts and nodules. Our pack can be washed and reused up to 100 times. Use 2-3 tablespoons of castor oil on the waist pack, and about a tablespoon each on the thyroid and breast pads. The neck pad can also be used as a kids wrap.

DIRECTIONS

Apply 2-3 tbsp castor oil to the center of your pack.

Gently fold to spread.

Secure castor oil pack over desired area.

Wear overnight.

HOW TO WASH

Machine wash every 5-10 uses. Tumble dry. Replace castor oil pack every 3 months.

No mess!

This is so convenient especially at night time. I like doing them but I didn’t like the mess of it before. This pack makes it super easy to do right before bed.
