Breathe Easy Herbal Steam | Congestion Relief

Breathe Easy is an herbal steam devoted to help you de-congest your stuffy nose and expectorate phlegm when feeling under the weather.

This respiratory steam is used to prevent and treat respiratory infections as well as alleviate symptoms associated with the common cold, flu, sinusitis, asthma, etc. Great for skin and opening up those pores and evening out skin tones. Many of the culinary herbs found in our kitchen have the ability to help with wet coughs and sinus challenges.

Recommended use: Place one cup of herbs inside a pot with boiling water. Let the herbs immerse into the water until steam begins to arise. Cover your neck and head with a towel and breathe in the steam for 10-20 minutes.
