Blue Vervain has become one of my personal favorite herbs this year. This is THE herb for the person that is a perfectionist, the list maker, the over-thinker, worrywart, and the intensely driven person for its calming effects can quiet the over-active mind.

Blue vervain is also a wonderful women’s reproductive ally. It can mitigate symptoms of PMS in the luteal phase (post ovulation), such as emotional irritability, anger, tension and food cravings while supporting hormonal balance. This plant is also supportive for women during menopause and perimenopause as it can ease the severity of hot flashes and emotional dysregulation due to hormonal shifts.
