BLUE VERVAIN TINCTURE
Blue vervain is a VERY bitter herb with VERY potent medicinal qualities!
Blue vervain acts as a nervine, bitter, mild sedative, relaxant, diuretic, and more. Blue vervain is typically recommended for Type A personalities. Those who are. "tight-necked, over-achieving, list-makers, who can’t ask for help.” as Thomas Easley says. It can be used for those who make lists, have a hard time saying no, are strong in words and action, and have trouble sitting still. Blue vervain can help those who have nervous or tension headaches, irritability, muscular tension, inflammation, and insomnia. Blue vervain can also be used for those with anger fits, muscle spasms, PMS symptoms, digestive issues, and tension help specifically in the neck and shoulders. If you hold tension in your neck and shoulders, as I do, then blue vervain is the herb for you!
Blue vervain can be taken before meals to help with digestion. It does NOT taste good, but that is often a sign of how well the herb works and what it can help with! Bitter herbs are often used for sluggish livers and sluggish digestive tracts.
Blue vervain can help with menstrual support. It acts as a hormone balancer to help estrogen and progesterone receptor binding. It can help relieve stress during the menstrual cycle, and help those needing some extra lymphatic care.
Blue vervain often works best when taken in very small doses, like 3-5 drops at a time, and is a great remedy for those that can't seem to turn off their brains during times of rest!

This is now a must have for me! I have tried just about everything natural/holistic for tension and headaches but nothing has helped me like this! I read the description and instantly added it to my cart. At the first sign of a headache I’ve taken it and it goes away.
