Love Anxiety Away

I began using Anxiety Away recently in addition to some of the other Heartsong products. Anxiety Away has been a wonderful and helpful tool for treating a more in the moment anxiety and nervous system regulation! I use often, mixed in a large glass of water with lemon, if I feel anxiety or stress creeping up or if I am going into a stressful situation.
