Shipping policy
US Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 states in the USA and Armed Forces Americas, Europe, and Pacific.
Each package, regardless of order amount, includes shipping insurance. Shipping insurance does not include the cost of shipping. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Free standard shipping on orders $200+ USD.
Canada Shipping
We currently ship to Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Quebec, and Saskatchewan. We do not ship to Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon, Prince Edward Island and remote areas. Remote areas can be found here. Your order can be cancelled at any time if we can not ship to the inputted address.
Each package, regardless of order amount, includes shipping insurance and includes any duties, taxes, and fees as long as we are able to ship to your location. Otherwise, your order may be cancelled. Shipping insurance does not include the cost of shipping. Shipping costs will not be refunded. We use FedEx most of the time.
One flat rate shipping fee of $50 USD which is approximately $70 CAD.
New Zealand Shipping
We currently ship to Auckland, Bay of Plenty, Canterbury, Gisborne, Hawke's Bay, Manawatu-Whanganui, Marlborough, Nelson, Northland, Otago, Taranaki, Tasman, Waikato, and Wellington. We do not ship to Chatham Islands, Southland, West Coast, and remote areas. Your order can be cancelled at any time if we cannot ship to the inputted address and if we deem it too remote.
Each individual order must be below $1,000 NZD. Once it reaches $1,000 NZD many more requirements and fees come into place and we want to keep your order as convenient and affordable as possible!
